Andrea Lakos is an accomplished HR professional who is passionate about cultural transformation and creation of positive, high performing and flourishing work places. She is Head of People & Culture at CSMA Club, a national lifestyle, motoring and leisure members club. In her capacity as Head of People and Culture Andrea is responsible for the management of the Cultural change program, strategy & delivery. Andrea has been an integral part of the company’s cultural evolution moving from a place of silos, distrust and ambiguity to a strengths based, result focused organisation .As well as culture and cultural evolution she is also responsible for all aspect of the People & Culture function including strengths based recruitment, performance motivation/management, benefits management, ER and development and implementation of policies and strategies.
Previously Andrea worked on setting up the HR function at an IT consultancy where she was also responsible for managing large scale recruitment activities by providing both strategic and operational support. In her early career Andrea spent a number of years working as a Head Hunter recruiting highly skilled professionals for some of the top global pharmaceutical companies.
Andrea holds and MA in Human Resource and Employment Management and is fully CIPD qualified.
